Callisters Materials Science and Engineering: 2nd Edition

Building on the success of previous edition, this book continues to provide engineers with a strong understanding of the three primary types of materials and composites, as well as the relationships that exist between the structural elements of materials and their properties. With improved and more interactive learning modules, this book provides a better visualization of the concepts.

The book includes all the required material for learning materials science and engineering, as taught in Indian colleges and universities. The fundamental aspects of each topic have been covered in sufficient detail. In addition, advanced topics and the most recent developments have been covered and these will aid the interested students to gain a better appreciation of the subject based on personal study.
